Described as "An amateur journal for art students and latter day enthusiasts", Only four issues of this short-lived and very scarce little magazine were issued. It was conceived, compiled, edited, typeset, published and largely written by Frederic Thoreau Singleton, who had been a student of Will Bradley . The focus was mainly on poster collecting. It included brief profiles of designers; suggestions on the storage and conservation of posters; reports on poster exhibitions; and reviews of recent publications of the subject. It also included, loosely-inserted, reproductions of contemporary posters.
